We are specialists in blending and packing products for FLUE GAS TREATMENT and ODOUR CONTROL industries to ensure that they meet the increasing demands in ENVIRONMENTAL EMISSION CONTROL.

Blend-i-Pack Ltd can design and supply bespoke reagent dosing chemicals including hydrated lime, sodium bicarbonate and powdered activated carbon based blends specifically designed to neutralise the toxins, heavy metals and acids in your flue gas output. Trial blends are available for any of our products.
Your custom blend is complemented by your specification for packaging. We offer a range of delivery options, from tanker loads down to 15kg buckets with FIBC’s (big-bags) and 25kg bags in between. If you already have your own handling equipment on site then we will package and deliver to suit. We can even have FIBCs manufactured to your exact size requirements.
Working in partnership with Ken Hope Engineering Ltd, we can also design and supply the necessary equipment to handle, store, dose and recycle your APC reagents. We offer consultancy services in all matters relating to energy from waste, materials handling and flue gas treatment systems and can advise and assist with our customers' APC residue disposal.
Where NOx is a problem, we offer systems to reduce NOx by dry urea prills or liquids for the SNCR process in 30 or 40% solution strengths by tanker or site mixing.
